QUEENS ROAD APARTMENT: DEMOLITION OF BOTH APARTMENTS INCLUDING ALL WINDOWS, BEDROOM, KITCHEN, FEATURE WALL, LIVING & BALCONY

QUEENS ROAD APARTMENT

Queen Road was the amalgamation of two very run down studio apartments with outstanding views of Albert Park and the city skyline, to create a one bedroom apartment. This project is a cautionary tale of whatever you do, make sure you document everything you do and if someone else takes the photos, be sure to get a copy as soon as possible or you may end up with very little record of your work. We all have smart phones these days with cameras, so take lots of photographs of what you are doing, as you may never get round to doing it again.
